Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern access to, use of and the contracting of the services offered by Lichttek, a company specialising in the development of lighting and public-lighting projects. By using our services or engaging with our company, you agree to comply with the provisions set out herein.

Purpose of the service
Lichttek provides design, supply, installation, maintenance and supervision services for lighting systems, in both private projects and public infrastructure, in accordance with the specifications agreed with each client.

Scope of projects
Each project shall be defined through specific technical and commercial proposals, setting out the scope, delivery timelines, materials and costs. Any additional work must receive prior written approval.

Client obligations
The client undertakes to:

• Provide truthful, complete and timely information for the development of the project;

• Grant access to the areas where the work will be carried out;

• Make payments in accordance with the terms established in the contract or accepted quotation.

Payment terms
Payments must be made under the previously agreed conditions. In the event of delays, Lichttek may suspend services or apply additional charges as stipulated in the contract.

Intellectual property
All designs, drawings, technical studies and documentation generated by Lichttek are the exclusive property of the company, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Their unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

Liability and warranties
Lichttek warrants that its services are performed in accordance with quality standards and applicable regulations. However, it shall not be liable for damages arising from:

• Misuse or alteration of the installations by third parties;

• Failures in external infrastructure beyond its control;

• Events of force majeure.

Public-lighting projects
For public projects, additional conditions may be subject to government regulations, public tenders or specific guidelines issued by the relevant authorities.

Amendments
Lichttek reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be published and shall take effect upon publication.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be resolved before the competent authorities of the place where the company operates.
